Featured Services
Delivering Loving Critical Care to Our Tiniest Patients
Our Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) provides around-the-clock care for your baby. When your child is in the NICU, he or she has access to our team of specialists, including neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, lactation support specialists, respiratory therapists, discharge planners and social workers. For critical care infants in outlying areas, we offer transport services to our NICU.
Doctors at our NICU offer 24-hour consultation support for smaller hospitals in the North Bay. In addition, we offer special support services from the California Department of Health Care Services to assist with follow-up care of these special babies. For families traveling from out of town to be with their sick newborns, we offer free lodging at the Shea House.
