If you have questions about a health condition or medical procedure, you can research answers on your own from a wide range of sources. But it may be difficult to tell if the information is accurate and reflects the latest in medical knowledge.
Sutter Health can help. We offer interactive classes, lectures and workshops led by experts who share news and information in a way that’s easy to understand. We also have many in-depth programs on topics including weight loss, pregnancy and childbirth, and cancer.
We offer complementary therapies designed to help people with recovery, healing or coping. Therapies include music, touch, writing, art, movement, fitness programs and more. Family members and caregivers can also participate.
At our Health Resource Centers and Libraries, patient-focused staff can answer your questions and guide you to reliable medical information.
Throughout the year, we host and participate in a number of community events including free health screenings, and health and wellness fairs.
