If you are not experiencing a life-threatening emergency, but need immediate and urgent medical attention, visit one of Sutter’s more than 20 emergency rooms throughout Northern California open, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Some of the common conditions treated in an emergency room include:
- Difficulty breathing
- Unconsciousness
- Severe bleeding
- Poisoning
- Chest pain or pressure
- Severe allergic reactions
- Moderate to severe burns or wounds
- Convulsions or seizures
- Serious head, neck or back injury
- Sudden inability to speak, see, walk or move
