Description
The goal is to assess the effectiveness of a new adolescent behavioral health intervention in primary care clinics. The intervention is designed to help identify, treat, and effectively refer adolescent patients with behavioral health concerns via training, navigation services, and care management services.
PI is Daniel Becker, M.D., Mills Peninsula Medical Center. Other co-investigators are Amy Henegan, M.D., and Kimberly Erlich, MSN, R.N., MPH, CPNP, CPMHS.
