Description
A comparative effectiveness trial aimed at determining the most effective strategy for preventing diabetes among at-risk American Indian adults residing in urban areas.
We will compare a standard Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) with a DPP that is tailored for urban American Indians including a historical trauma perspective.
