Whether you have recently been diagnosed with a urological disorder—such as incontinence or prostate cancer—or you have been managing your condition for years, Sutter care centers have resources that can complement your treatment plan.
Our goal is to educate you and create a community where you can meet others dealing with similar health concerns and challenges. By participating in our classes or workshops, you can stay up to date on urological health news as well as learn tips for managing your condition and improving your quality of life.
Referral Services
If you experience pelvic floor pain, we can refer you to a physical therapist for treatment. They can help you heal through education and exercise, and improve your overall physical fitness and health.
Urology experts at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento can also refer men with prostate cancer to the Prostate Cancer Support Group at Sutter Roseville Medical Center. Facilitated by a registered nurse, this group is a peer discussion group for men with prostate cancer who may have significant quality of life concerns about sexuality and intimacy, managing work, parenting or financial responsibility issues.
