We also have many in-depth programs on topics including smoking cessation, heart health, diabetes management, lung disease management and weight loss.
Our support groups provide emotional encouragement and guidance from others in similar situations. We host many different groups, including those for people with a serious illness, caregivers, and children and teens dealing with grief, loss or their own medical diagnosis.
At the Maino Community Health Library, patient-focused staff can answer your questions and guide you to reliable medical information. Classes and individual appointments are open to the community and available at no cost. You will need a doctor's referral and you must preregister.
