What Does the Pre-Employment Physical Cover?

At Sutter Walk-In Care, our clinicians will perform a basic physical exam that includes:

• Checking your vital signs
• A review of your medical history
• Vision test
• A respiratory evaluation to listen to your heart and breathing

If the clinician feels you need a more extensive evaluation you may be asked to get a stress test.

If your job requires heavy lifting you also may be required to undergo a Physical Abilities Test, which checks your pull and grip strength.

Sutter Walk-In Care does not offer drug testing. Please consult your doctor or visit a nearby Sutter Urgent Care for additional services.
