Getting Started
A referral from your doctor is all that is needed to initiate your outpatient physical therapy care. Our team will complete a comprehensive evaluation and work with you to create an individualized treatment plan. The initial treatment plan along with ongoing updates will be shared with your doctor to ensure they are informed of your progress.
