Stroke is the nation’s leading cause of adult disability, and can take a tremendous toll on your physical and emotional health. In stroke treatment, time is of the essence as the benefit of therapy reduces over time. At the Sutter Roseville Medical Center, we provide expert emergency stroke care using advanced imaging technology to quickly and accurately diagnose a stroke and determine the best treatment approach.
- Patients presenting with significant disability related to stroke and undergoing thrombectomy have their interventional procedure started quickly following their arrival with the goal of minimizing long-term disability or functional impairment. In 2023, Sutter Roseville Medical Center median Door to Procedure Start for patients arriving though the Emergency Department was 64 minutes.
- For our acute stroke patients undergoing thrombectomy treatment, 93% of our patients had substantial cerebral reperfusion restored with lower rates of complications compared to the national benchmarks.
Our highly experienced team strives to provide the most innovative and sophisticated care possible to you and your family in a warm, caring environment.
