If your doctor has prescribed chemotherapy or other intravenous medications, Sutter’s Infusion Centers offer peaceful, calming settings with supportive, knowledgeable staff to deliver your treatment.

All nine accredited Sutter comprehensive cancer centers provide private infusion rooms where you can receive chemotherapy, hormone therapy, PICC line or other medications administered via a needle or catheter. Each center is staffed with dedicated oncology nurses to answer your questions and provide a full range of social and medical services.

In addition to providing cancer treatment medications, our infusion centers can deliver antibiotics to fight infection, blood transfusions to fight anemia, arthritis medications to manage inflammation and joint pain, and other blood-based treatments.

Some centers provide views of gardens or waterfalls from your infusion chair; some are equipped with personal TV screens; and many have chairs with curtains that can be drawn if you just want to close your eyes and gather your strength. We also have comfortable seating for your family and friends.

Infusion services are available at our cancer centers and at hospitals in the Sutter Health network and satellite locations.
