Philosophy of Care
I believe that although I am an interventional cardiologist, the best cardiovascular healthcare comes from prevention. Medications and ultimately procedures are necessary in some cases, but I believe in minimizing unneeded interventions and maximizing self-reliance with a good diet and exercise to achieve the best possible outcome. When interventional procedures are needed, my philosophy is to provide the best approach tailored to the individual patient and their specific needs. This is the blending of the science and art of medicine and what makes my job so enjoyable.
