Memorial Gifts

Commemorate a loved one or friend through our Memorial Gift Program. Palo Alto Medical Foundation will send you a letter to acknowledge your gift in memory of the special person you are honoring.

Tribute Gifts

Celebrate a special occasion in a loved one’s life — such as a birthday, anniversary or retirement — by giving to our Tribute Gift Program. Palo Alto Medical Foundation will send a letter to the special person you are recognizing, to let them know about your thoughtful gift in honor of their unique milestone.

Thank a Special Caregiver

Make a gift in honor of the doctor, nurse or other caregiver who made a difference during your healthcare visit with us. 

When you make a gift of $25 or more to the critical need of your choice in honor of your chosen caregiver, your “guardian angel” will receive a card informing him or her of your thoughtful gift.
