Dr. Tanaka believes that cultivating good health involves promoting positive physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As part of that effort, she chose to complete a fellowship in Integrative Medicine that blends nutrition and wellness with conventional medicine practices. Her goal is to help children flourish. 

Dr. Tanaka is also a member of the Quality Assurance Committee of Mills-Peninsula Medical Center.
