About Golden Gate Endoscopy Center
Golden Gate Endoscopy Center has been providing the highest quality gastroenterology care to our patients in the San Francisco area since 1996.
We are accredited through Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) to prevent, diagnose, and treat gastrointestinal diseases.
As members of the California Ambulatory Surgery Association (CASA) and the American Society for Gastroenterology Endoscopy (ASGE) we are devoted to maintaining the highest level of patient care.
Our experienced gastroenterologists work with Board Certified Anesthesiologists to ensure the best and the most comfortable experience during your procedure.

What should I bring with me?
- Insurance card(s)
- A form of payment for any co-pays or deductibles
- One form of a valid photo ID
- History & Physical questionnaire form (Found in Resources and Forms)
- List of current medications form (Found in Resources and Forms)
- If you are a legal guardian or conservator of a patient, please bring all legal paperwork with you, including the Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare.
- If you wear glasses or contacts, please bring your glasses case, or contact lens case with solution.
What should I wear?
Please wear loose-fitting clothes and stable shoes that are easy to get off and on.
Where should I park?
Street parking is available but limited. Non-neighborhood residents are restricted to two-hour parking on the street.
Where should my ride drop me off/pick me up?
Your ride may drive up to the front of our center to drop you off and pick you up.
A nurse will call to inform you of the patient pick-up time approximately 30 minutes before they are ready for discharge.
