Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup blueberries
- Stevia or coconut sugar to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the coconut milk, vanilla extract and stevia or coconut sugar.
- Mix in the chia seeds.
- Pour into a jar and let it sit for at least two hours till it thickens into a gel.
- Top with blueberries.
