- Human Papillomavirus — Ages 11 to 14 years should receive a two-dose series or ages 15 to 26 should receive a three-dose series.
All eligible ages should receive the recommended vaccine dose and schedule per CDC guidelines.

For patients under 19 years, either PCV20 or PCV15 can be used to complete vaccination according to currently recommended schedules.
