Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not needed, with the exception of COVID-19 vaccinations. You can walk in or schedule appointments for all other visits.

What kinds of conditions do you treat at Sutter Walk-In Care?
We provide treatment for everyday illnesses and health needs including minor sprains and strains and seasonal allergies. Our clinicians are trained to diagnose and prescribe medications as needed.
We also offer pre-employment and sports physicals as well as immunizations and health screenings. Seasonal flu vaccines are offered to those 6 months and older. COVID-19 vaccinations are available by appointment only. In addition, we have wellness programs for weight loss and smoking cessation.
If you’re experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, muscle or body aches, headache, or fatigue, please schedule an in-person or Video Visit with a Sutter Walk-In Care clinician. For emergencies and severe injuries, go to the closest emergency room.
Who can use Sutter Walk-In Care services?
Everyone is welcome at Sutter Walk-In Care. You don’t need to have a Sutter-affiliated doctor to visit.
Your health insurance may cover visits – check with your care plan before you come in. However, you don’t need insurance to be treated. If you’re uninsured or prefer to pay out of pocket, we accept major credit cards.
Sutter Walk-In Care services are available for adults and children 18 months+. We recommend infants receive care from their pediatricians.
