Please note, if you are an HMO/POS health plan member and pick a primary care physician who is a member of the Mills-Peninsula Division of PAMF, your specialty care, laboratory and radiology services will be provided by physicians in the Mills-Peninsula network. This network includes specialist physicians in Daly City, San Bruno, Millbrae, Burlingame, Foster City, and San Mateo area.

I feel very fortunate to be a family physician. The most rewarding aspect of being a family physician is being able to treat a variety of medical problems and developing a trusting relationship with my patients and their family.

I am of Chinese origin who was born in Burma. Spending my formative years in Canada and living in the bay area over the last nine and a half years provided me with an incredible opportunity to appreciate a multicultural approach to health care.
