Dr. Frank Miraglia decided to retire from outpatient Pediatrics around a year ago and approached me, asking if I would be interested in joining his Sutter Pediatrics practice. I was so honored because I had been working closely with Drs. Louis Menachof and Nancy Doyle teaching Family Medicine residents at the Vista Family Health Center over the last 8 years. I know that this group has a deep rooted history in caring for so many Santa Rosa families for 50 plus years. I am no stranger to legacy as I come from a family of physicians and I know that I will have big shoes to fill with Dr. Fred Brewer’s retirement, but I promise to do my best to uphold the integrity and respect that he has offered every one of his patients over his prestigious 40-year career. I am passionate about teaching medicine to students, patients and parents, and I hope that you learn something new with every encounter we share.
