I believe in empowering and motivating patients to take charge of their own care. To help my patients live more fulfilling lives and reduce suffering, I combine evidence-based psychopharmacology and various psychotherapy tools, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and elements of psychodynamic psychotherapy (among others). I place great emphasis on improving such lifestyle factors as diet, physical activity, sleep, and relationships to improve mental and physical health and vitality.
