Alta Bates Summit’s comprehensive program delivers the tools you need for sustained weight loss. In addition to the surgery, you get caring support throughout the weight-loss and weight-maintenance process. We assist you in meeting the pre-operative requirements. We are with you every step of the way with post-surgery encouragement, education, and the opportunity to meet other patients who are in the process of losing weight.
To begin the process, attend an introductory seminar. These are held on the second Tuesday of the month and require registration as space is limited. Please call (510) 869-8972 to enroll.
