This group offers support, information and tools for new mothers with babies up to a year old who may be experiencing distress, anxiety or depression after the birth of their baby. As a new mother it is vital that you take care of yourself as you care for your baby. This group is for any mother with concerns about her well-being.

- Time: Mondays at 10:00 - 11:30am
- Cost: Free
All families welcome, regardless of where you delivered your baby. Led by a family therapist specializing in maternal mental health.
