This is a support group for new (0-12 months old) and soon-to-be parents. Hosted by experienced educators and moms, this free, drop-in group allows you a time and space to connect with other new parents around all the changes and challenges of the first few months of your baby’s life:
- navigating changing roles and responsibilities as a family
- baby care and feeding
- interrupted sleep and how to cope
- ways to nurture yourself balancing work, home, relationships, self, and baby
- your role as a parent
- and so much more...
Regardless of your background or preparation, you cannot anticipate all the changes that occur at this time in your life. Coming together in a group will provide you the opportunity to share, learn and grow. No pre-registration necessary. Drop-ins welcomed - Just show up! This group is appropriate for parents and babies from birth until baby is mobile. Together you and your infant will participate in this exciting new adventure.
