Time: Thursdays 11:30am-1:00pm for babies birth - 12 months.
The In-Person New Parent Support Group provides a caring and supportive setting in which to share parenting experience. Groups meet weekly to discuss topics such as sleep issues, crying and calming, developmental milestones, traveling with baby, infant massage, choosing childcare, baby proofing, community resources, and more.

in the parent education classroom at Alta Bates (room 1178) is located on the first floor in the Family Resource Center.
Parking Instructions
Parking is available in the Ashby Garage across the street from the hospital. Garage entrance location is on Colby Ave. between Webster St. and Ashby Avenue.
