Learn techniques to become aware of your mind and body to cope with stress in the moment. Learn to use your own inner resources to relieve stress during your day.
This 20 minute session will recharge you for the rest of your day.
Please note that starting October 2024, 5th Wednesdays will be dedicated to the practice of Laughter Yoga. ‘Laughter Yoga is the art of laughing for noreason. It doesn’t rely on humor, but is done with willingness as an exerciseto reap many health benefits’
