This class is led by one of our experienced Certified Childbirth Educators with activities to show ways a child can help with the love and care of a new baby including safe holding, safe interactions with baby, and much more. Video and discussions will help your child make good decisions once baby arrives. Little Helper 1 is designed for children ages 2-5 and their parent(s) who will be welcoming a new baby into their lives in the next 3 months.
Adult supervision required.

Is a free class available to any Sutter Sacramento, Roseville or Davis patient that has already attended either a tour or class and were left with a question and do not who or where to ask. This is a mini session for questions and answers, this is not a tour or topic specific class, just a quick hour to ask any questions that you may have not had time to ask while in a class or tour – great for follow up questions.
What to Bring
Please bring a baby doll or stuffed animal with your child.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: Only written request submitted 10 days prior to the beginning of a class are accepted. A refund will be processed minus a $15.00 processing fee. Verbal request are not accepted. If a scheduled class is missed there are no "make up" classes allowed.
