This virtual group coaching session is for anyone focusing on behavior and/or lifestyle changes to improve health, no prior experience necessary. Learn from the shared experiences of others on similar paths.
Anyone seeking support with changing health habits are invited to share their own health journey, their successes and barriers to behavior change, learn about evidence-based behavior change strategies and learn from the experiences of others. This is an interactive group.
