Hosted by WHRC, this eclass supports wellness/healing and is for beginners and those with chronic health issues. You must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted. Pre-registration required.
This class is offered online on Tuesdays from 11:15am-12:30pm. with Patricia Jiron during this time of social distancing.

Cancellation Policy
A credit card number is required to reserve your spot. Registration / Cancellation deadline for monthly enrollment is noon two business days before the first class meeting of the month.
A recording of the first class meeting of the month will be available as a make-up class to all those enrolled.
