Hosted by the WHRC, this four-week eclass series is intended for those who are seeking a gentle practice to support their overall wellness and healing process. Each sequence will include the basic principles of movement, alignment and breathing awareness.
Survivors of cancer and those coping with chronic health conditions are encouraged to attend. No previous yoga experience is necessary, however, participants need to be able to get up and down to the floor unassisted. Poses are done seated, standing, and on the floor.

A credit card number is required to reserve your spot. Registration / Cancellation deadline is 12 p.m. Wednesday before the first Friday class meeting of the month.
