This virtual training session will review the specifics of the Elimination Diet protocol. The Elimination Diet is designed to help people with a variety of gastrointestinal and systemic conditions that can often be improved by food elimination and gut health restoration.
The training session will review the specifics of what foods to eliminate, how long, and why. The session will also review the way to methodically reintroduce foods in order to determine if specific food sensitivities exist. A PDF guidebook will be provided. Experience supportive, motivational health coaching to assist with the protocol.
Lauren McDaniel, C.N.C received her certification in nutrition from the Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and is a N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer. Her coaching sessions focus on nutrition, movement, and stress management to help meet your health goals.
Kim DeFazio, L.V.N. is a licensed vocational nurse and certified functional medicine coach. She has spent the past decade working in chronic care management—helping many patients navigate multiple, unexplained medical issues and symptoms. Kim is trained to provide guidance and support to help implement therapeutic plans and to work through the day-to-day challenges.
