Welcome to our 3-hour Childbirth Preparation class at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital! This stand-alone class is designed to provide valuable information to expecting families about various aspects of childbirth, including:
- stages of labor
- comfort measures
- labor positions
- common interventions
- postpartum care
- and more!
Our aim is to equip our pregnant patients and their partners with the necessary knowledge and skills to feel safe, supported, confident, and prepared for their upcoming birth experience.
The class itself will be held in one of our beautiful new conference rooms, and will last about 2.5 hours. The last half hour will include a tour of our birth center, review of the check-in process, and plenty of opportunity to ask all your questions!
The class is free of charge, and space is limited, so please request your spot in advance by submitting the online registration form.
