Join us for a special gathering each year to honor the memory of loved ones who have died. The evening will include music and a special candle lighting. We encourage you to bring a photograph or momento of your loved one(s) to display during the Program. Hospice families, friends and community members are welcome to attend. Light Refreshments follow the Program.
