Holiday Crab Stuffed Mushroom
Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat
- ½ lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz. roasted garlic – chopped
- 1 cup Romano cheese – grated
- 50 baby portabella mushrooms
- Cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Clean mushrooms thoroughly. Pull off stems and lay upside down on baking sheet so that the hollow space is visible.
Combine all other ingredients together in a mixer.
Spoon combined mixture into mushroom tops. Bake until golden brown.
Sprinkle with parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
Hint: If the filling is crumbly, add one egg white, lightly beaten, to bind ingredients.
