The Institute for Health & Healing is one of the largest integrative medicine programs in the United States. We provide comprehensive clinical care in our outpatient clinics and retail stores within Sutter Health. We also offer extensive patient and community education through various platforms, including online talks and community lectures.

Yes, you may be able to work with your doctor, nutritionist or integrative psychotherapist right from home or work as long as you are within the state of California. Our team of patient service representatives can help you set up an online visit with your provider.

We accept many PPO/POS insurance plans, and in Sacramento and San Carlos we also accept some HMO plans. We accept Medicare for covered services and providers. Because every plan is different, please call our clinic nearest you and we'll check your benefit coverage.
